The Action. Designed a five-week sprint with workshops and interviews to map workflows, surface bottlenecks, and facilitate cross-functional solution design.

The Action. Led user research, journey mapping and workshops, translated insights into epics and tickets, and drove sprint planning and implementation of improvements with the tech team around health goal management.

Context. Product Manager, Designer, and Frontend Developer for a freelance tech agency.

The Problem. Consultants had access to several separate pages but no unified overview of their current situation or next action when logging in.

The Action. Owned the project end-to-end across a six-week sprint — user research, high-fidelity prototype, full-stack build in React/Next.js/TypeScript.
